Dear Charbonnel et Walker Customers,

We wish you all safe and well during this second lockdown.

We are able to look after chocolate orders you may wish to place from our website and we also offer a call and collect service from the Bond Street store, London.  A box of Charbonnel et Walker certainly does elevate the everyday during these times.

It remains of utmost importance that every step of our food chain from deliveries to production, supply and to service are to the highest and most fastidious of standards and in line with Government guidelines.

We continue to uphold the following:

Food Safety – In the Factory

Highest possible levels of sanitization and protective clothing at all times.

All suppliers and deliveries are filling out a pre-site approval form prior to their visit.

Food Safety – In our Stores

Charbonnel et Walker stores are temporarily closed during lockdown. Charbonnel et Walker is available from Selfridges London in the Food Hall, Ground floor with opening hours of 10am to 9pm daily.

Food handlers and all staff in our stores and department store business are taking extra measures to ensure our high food handling standards are upheld.

We have stopped all sampling of chocolates and truffles.

At Selfridges Food Hall London,  the chocolates and truffles available are in pre-packed boxes with tamper seals. Our chocolate counter services will resume once we can offer these again after lockdown.

Online Orders

The same strictest of standards applied in our factory and in our stores also applies to our online services and the dedicated teams we have wrapping and sending out each and every order.

For customers who may wish to order bespoke items online which require chocolates from our open counter, staff members at Bond Street are wearing gloves and using tongs when providing these services. When stores are open, our counters are covered and attended to at all times.

For customers who are working from home, staying at home, prefer to deliver items by postal services to friends and family, our online website offers a number of shipping options. Our Bond Street Store, London offers same day delivery and curbside collection from 11am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Throughout this time, we hope to bring you some chocolate inspiration and enjoyment until we can open our doors again.
