Chocolat Charbonnel re-creates the use of real chocolate as a drink. Traditionally in English Chocolate Houses, it was a mixture of chocolate and water only, however, for today’s taste, you may prefer a richer drink made with milk. Serving Instructions for Single Serving: Mix four heaped teaspoons of Chocolat Charbonnel with an equal amount of boiling water and stir until the chocolate has completely dissolved to form a smooth creamy consistency. Add hot milk to taste and then whisk vigorously to form a good froth. Delicious topped with whipped cream and more Chocolat Charbonnel flakes.
